Hi, I'm Jo

Founder of Thrive Together | Positive Psychology Practitioner & Coach 

 I'm a Positive Psychology Practitioner & Coach with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London.

I love working with groups - whether in schools, communities, or businesses - helping people feel stronger, more hopeful, and genuinely connected to each other.

I created Thrive Together because I've seen firsthand how powerful it is when people come together. The research backs it up, but more importantly, I believe deeply in what we can achieve together.
